01. Do you replace shell only?
No. We don't replace shell only. We only provide a new complete remote or remote key where we can.
02. My remote isn't working, do you repair damaged remotes?
No. We don't repair damaged or broken remote. We only provide a new complete remote or remote key where we can.
03. I bought remote / key from eBay or dealership, can you cut it for me?
No. We don't cut customer supplied keys. We only provide cutting service on our product. If you bought from somewhere else, we don't cut.
04. I have a fully working key/remote. How much is to get a spare key?
The price vary depending on the model and type of key/remote. Please see if you can find your model in the list below. If not, please email us with details of yor car as well as a photo of your remote / key. We will ask anyway for a photo of your remote / key, so for a quick reply, please attach photo in your email.
